Traditional Music Residential Course

Tinto Summer School: a residential course at Wiston Lodge in the beautiful rural heart of South Lanarkshire, offering places to all students of Secondary School age. Scotland's premier Traditional Music School is now in its eighth proud year.
Tutors for Tinto 2007 include Gillian Frame (fiddle, song, stepdance), Aly Mutton (pipes, whistles), Hamish Napier (piano), Findlay Napier (guitar, song), David Nisbet (accordion) and Alasdair White (fiddle).
All instruments or singers and skill levels welcome. Week includes musical BBQ, Ceilidh, and ends with a totally fantastic students' concert! Cost for weeklong residential is £185 (£100 Cone.). For the first time this year we are offering family discounts. The first family member pays the full price and all others pay concessionary rates.
